I've included my experimental recipes on this blog, but here's a more normal recipe. The big thing that keeps it from being "100% Standard" is that I've substituted oats for flour
1 1/4 cup brown sugar
1 cups white sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup butter
Mix above ingredients.
Then mix in the flour mixture consisting of:
2 cups of white flour
1/3 cup wheat flour (harina integral)
2 cups oatmeal (avena) or rolled oats (avena machada)
1 tsp baking soda
Lastly add lots of chocolate, 400-500 grams (3 sahne-nuss bars)
This recipe has turned out tastily. The cookies are definitely more "dessert" than "snack".
